The PAM trade union has issued a strike that also affects grocery businesses. The strike include Kesko’s warehouses 17.-20.2. as well as cash-and-carry outlets and regional terminals 19.2.-22.2.
Important information:
Kespro's cash-and-carry stores serve walk-in customers with normal opening hours during week 8. Deliveries from the stores will not be made. Any exceptional opening hours will be updated on the individual cash-and-carry stores' websites.
Ordering for week 9 in Kespro’s online store: the available order days for week 9 will become visible one day at a time during week 8. (For example, the delivery day for Tuesday, 25.2., will appears visible on 19.2., and so on.)
Kespro's customer service will be affected by a strike 19.2.-21.2. Our service will be limited.
The grocery assortment (e.g., cigarettes, confectionery, and grocery store packaging sizes) will be available for ordering again 19.2.
Deliveries to customers with critical infrastructure (such schools, hospitals, elderlycare, daycare etc.) will be prioritized. Deliveries will be made using special arrangements.
Please note that due to the exceptional situation, the expiration dates of fresh products may be shorter than usual.
We will actively inform our customers in kespro.com further when we receive additional information on this issue.
